We want you to love your new vehicle. That’s why every purchase at Impex Auto Sales comes with a 7-day guarantee. If it’s not the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it — simple as that.
Terms of the 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
* The vehicle must be in the same condition as when purchased (no new damage, modifications, or excessive wear). * It must have fewer than 350 additional miles on the odometer.
If you decide to exchange your vehicle:
* You can swap it for another vehicle from our inventory with no restocking fee or deductions for tax and registration.
If you decide to return your vehicle:
* We’ll issue a refund minus a $599 restocking fee and, in some cases, sales tax and registration fees. * Please let us know as soon as possible so we can pause processing the paperwork.
FAQs
What if I have a trade?
No problem — your trade-in value can be applied toward your new purchase. If you return the vehicle, your trade will be returned to you if still available, or the value will be refunded/adjusted.
What if my trade-in is worth more than I applied?
You’ll receive a check for the difference, or you can apply the extra credit toward another vehicle.
What if I owe more than my trade-in is worth?
Any negative equity can be adjusted or rolled into your next purchase (with financing approval).
Why do you charge a restocking fee?
The restocking fee helps cover the cost of re-inspecting, cleaning, and merchandising the vehicle so it’s ready for the next customer. We keep this fee as low as possible while ensuring every car meets our standards before resale.
